We are seeking a truly inspirational Deputy Headteacher to join Beechwood Church of England Primary School. In addition to an impressive track record of school improvement you will have strong leadership skills and the credibility to motivate and empower others.

As Deputy Headteacher you will also be an important senior leader within the wider Trust. You will work alongside other senior leaders and be fully committed to driving improvement across the Trust through collaborative effort and the sharing of expertise.
You will be expected to work closely with the Headteacher to influence progress and standards, challenge under-performance and develop a clear strategic direction for Beechwood CE Primary School within the wider Trust.
